“Liked the style and comfort of the old house. Exceptionally good breakfast. Pleasant welcome. Convenient for Minack Theatre and other local attractions. One thing to be aware is that bedroom 1 is not en suite, although the separate bathroom is super.”

“When we turned up to the property on 22nd May 2025 around 5pm, a landlady, the owner, told us that she had nothing to do with Vbro or Expedia and we had been not booked, and she told us to leave, with no further explanation. I explained that it took us 6 hours to travel from London to there, we supposed to be on a holiday and we booked the few days before, having confirmation and money had been transferred. We had to leave, out of respect with no formal reply, or explanation. We had to get……

“In time of COVID-19 it’s different to manage a regular stay. It was an easy check in, our key was in an envelope waiting for us and we were directed to our room. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delivered and left of a tray outside our room daily at 8am. The house is located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and parking was easy along the road, we didn’t struggle to park the whole of our 4 days. Would recommend ”
