“My husband and I were in Hoboken for two weeks visiting family and chose this apartment. It was reasonably priced and turned out to be a gem in the heart of Hoboken one block off Washington Street (where the majority of the shopping and dining is). We only had to walk 10 mins to get just about anywhere in Hoboken. The bed was a queen sized bed and comfortable. Michael was responsive to our requests and helped our stay go smoothly. “L'appartement était conforme aux images et à la taille annoncée (75m2). Nous sommes arrivés, le ménage était en cours, (gênant mais pas grave). Du coup, ils se sont un peu trop pressés. C'était pas terrible.Mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et ça n'a pas duré. Il a aussi été très sympa et arrangeant pour l'heure de départ.Facile d'accès en Path, l'entrée à l'appartement est facile. “Overall very satisfied with the exception of the air not on when we checked in and extremely hot and we did not have wash cloths. All minor issues, but worth mentioning.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Ozzie’s appartement. The three airconditioned bed rooms are great! There’s a direct bus to New York which is very convenient and usually takes between 20-40 min (depending on traffic). Ozzie recommended to walk a few minutes to the coast and enjoy the beautiful skyline of Manhattan which we did and definitely recommend as well!”

The listing stated that all essentials were provided. There is no body soap. The kitchen has a few pots but no baking dish. There were gun shots every night. The scenery is dirty with trash outside every day. We requested the address 5 days prior to our stay, but it was not provided until the day before. We may have canceled if we were……
