“Beautiful views. Had some problems about it being clean. Was able to contact property managers about it. ”

“Clean room. Right size/price for our short stay. Key to beach gate was problematic, but we were able to get assistance. Shower made loud squealing sound when water was running but plenty of hot water. Washer unit sounded like a small plane trying to take off - you might want to get that checked out. Beach location perfect. ”

“I came to the gulf with my daughter and friends to celebrate her 21st birthday. It was the perfect location! We spent the days on the beach and were just steps away from the Flora-Bama.”

“The check in process was easy. The apartment decor was great. I love the beachy coastal look. Hats off to whoever decorated the apartment. Comfy bed, plenty of charging outlets. The only things that kept my review from being all 5’s was the cleaners could have done a better job and there was a lot of building exterior that work going on (out of the owner’s control).”

“This is a lovely property but needs both security and infrastructure updates. The door does not deadbolt or securely shut, which led to a screaming sound whenever the winds were high. Additionally, like other reviewers, I share the opinion that the couch really needs to be replaced. In terms of security, the lobby was not secured, which should be updated as well.”

“We had a wonderful time during our 6 night stay! We did not want to leave. This home is well stocked in the kitchen, baths and laundry room. There were lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The beds were all comfortable!The jacuzzi tub and steam shower in the master bath were incredible! Highly recommend!!! ”

“Beautiful view and spacious for our family of 4. Sofa and dining table has been updated from pictures shown. Everything was wonderful. Only update needed is king bed sheets were pilling. ”

“The location, right next door to the Florabama, was amazing. We could walk on the beach back and forth several times a day to hear some great music and have a few drinks. The place was large. But definitely getting a little shabby. The master bedroom floor is cracked. The beds are mattress only, not box spring, so not comfortable. The sheets could be upgraded.”
