“Very clean, views of the ocean are SO peaceful, easy rental process and priced fairly. We don't have kids right now (but got little Isabella on the way! hurry hurry March 2025!) but it looks like it would be kid friendly, AND the beach is PRIVATE so no long haul for beach accessories. Also, there was not a million people in your way to where you can't even see your kid playing so mom and dad can relax more as well. We will definitely be re-booking this place again, even after our little Isabella……

“The house was just as pictured, clean, nice size, and a beautiful view. Any problems questions or concerns it was easy to get in contact with management. Only drawback was the pool adjacent as advertised was zip tied locked and my kids wasn’t able to access it. However the beach was just a walk away so it still worked out fine.”

“We absolutely loved our stay—the space was perfect for our family of 6, my parents, and my brother-in-law and niece. The condo was beautifully decorated, and everything was so comfy from the couches to the beds to the patio furniture. Kids loved the bunk bed room! Location was great! We could walk right out to the beach—and my parents could see us from the balcony. Loved the shower down by the beach access, and the indoor/outdoor pool. “Great location and house! This is our second year staying in one of the viviana homes. We love this area!. Only negatives related to the home were the terrible mattresses and inability to use the elevator. ”

So clean and well appointed and we were able to have our family over for dinner very comfortably.It’s a little hard to tell from the listing where this is in relation to the beach and the pool. It is a bit of a distance. 10-15 minute walk or a quick drive.Our only issue was parking, there’s only space for 2 cars, and there’s no street parking. “We enjoyed our stay at Lost Key, the townhouse is 3 levels, ground level is garage, up 15 steps to main level, living, dining room, kitchen and powder room, plus a balcony with seating for 4-5. Up 17 steps to 3rd level for 3 bedrooms, laundry, hall bathroom plus the master has a large en-suite bath. Getting luggage and groceries up and down was a workout, but otherwise the stairs weren’t too bad, and they gave a sound buffer for kids upstairs. “We recently stayed in this home in Pensacola to attend the Blue Angels Homecoming show at the naval air station. The home is large with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a den that has a pullout couch. Plenty of room for us as we were a group of seven. NAS Pensacola was about 8 miles away so pretty convenient to get to the base. There are restaurants and a Publix supermarket a couple of miles away. “My husband and I stayed here for a week with his two sisters and their husbands. The house was just like the photos- good condition, clean, & well-equipped. Eric & Lindsey were both great to work with and prompt to address questions. Pickleball just across the street & beach a short walk away. It was like having our own private beach. “This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We are a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us. The loft for the older 2 and then bunk beds for my 3 youngest. The beach is just a short walk. We went each morning and practically had the beach to ourselves. Even in the afternoon the beach isn't crowded. “Clean, spacious, contemporary in design, furnishings and amenities. 3foot pool in the deck overlooking the gulf was a huge hit with the littles! Proximity to the uncrowded beach the best part for adults. A bit pricey, but this is a new build. The master suite was awesome! Some of the 6 bedrooms lacked drawer space; one had no closet. Kitchen well furnished, except for kitchen towels. No door mats! The dryer didn’t dry well, most likely because of poor vent installation. Maintenance personnel……
