“Perdido Key is one of our favorite beaches. We have stayed at Phoenix IX three different times. The property is well maintained and is central to different attractions, shopping and restaurants that are our favorites. ”

“This was our family’s second stay at Sun-kissed Sands at Perdido Dunes. Being able to walk out to your own private beach with amazing views is incredible! Clean home, easy check-in/check-out. The only drawback was there were only eight towels for seven people for multiple nights and no detergent was supplied and only one garbage bag. But other than that it was a fantastic stay!!”
