“We set up this short family vacation to celebrate my dad's 87th birthday in Gladstone, where he was born and raised. He and all of us were pleased with the cottage. It was very clean and cozy, and the location across the street from the lake and park was ideal. Vrbo failed to send us the promised door code for check-in, but we were able to get in with the back-up key, and the owner sent us the keypad code when we asked for it.
