“We came to hotel after complicated driving for 7 hours tired and were met by friendly staff. Check in was fast and easy. After all we got excellent warm chocolate cookies. Love the hotel !!”
“The room was lovely! The Hotel had a very popular restaurant and bar area. We had just returned from a wedding and didn’t eat but had a nice conversation with the bartender and also the owner. Will definitely return to enjoy the restaurant! ”
“I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay.”
