“Beautifully and cleverly designed studio. No detail missed. Clean, well equipped and only steps from everything in the centre of Pitlochry. Highly recommend it! Michelle, the host, was responsive and friendly and is understandably fond of her studio.”

Carried luggage’s upstairs

"The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs "
