“Meikleour Arms is a unique inn on a large estate (hence "Arms," which refers to the coat of arms of the estate owner. Cozy inn, delicious meals (venison from the estate, for instance), lots of personality. We loved staying here, and fishing with Ian, the "ghillie" who put me onto a beautiful sea trout and taught me how to cast a spey rod. ”

“What a great place to stay. I have stayed in every hotel in Callander and this is far the best . Terrific food, reasonable priced drinks and a warm welcome. Close to a variety of bars and shops within walking distance.”

“Wonderful just amazing people and such a warm welcome! Dog friendly doesn't really do it justice at all, Bruar might just book and come back without us! 😁 Food is just excellent, dinner, breakfast everything was just perfect. Great bar with lovely locals up for a chat. Great location and perfect for exploring Glen Devon, Glen Eagle's estate. Wonderful coming back as soon as we can! Thanks guys!”
