“Property was great! We would definitely stay again in the future. Everything was clean and had lots of room for our entire family of 6 adults and 3 children 3yrs and under. Loved hanging out on the front porch, the gazebo, the deck overlooking the water and the fire pit. The hottub was a great added bonus! Very convenient to local attractions. “It's a pretty simple first floor apartment with the owner living upstairs. It's bigger than expected. Decent location about a 20-minute walk to downtown. ”

“Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen was very nice. The overall cleanliness was pretty good. The property manager was responsive and very nice. The amenities were very good. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high……

“The location was perfect for exploring the Lake Champlain area! Close to go biking on the causeway and kayaking on the lake. David and Renee were so friendly and welcoming- the loft had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book a return visit!”

Kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary tools, dish-ware and utensils, better than any other VRBO property that we have stayed at. Lots of games available to keep the family entertained. The outside deck overlooking the lake was a spectacular place to hang out.”

“This property amazing! It is such a cute little camp right on Lake Champlain. Brittany was very easy to work with! Highly recommend! ”

“The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is……

“location & home are beautiful!! my husband and i, and our two pups spent a few days here & absolutely loved everything about it. the house itself was well equipped with everything we needed and was close to lots of fun things to do - ideal location in every way!! we loved watching the sunset over the lake every night and the open concept windows overlooking the lake were amazing additions ... no matter where you are in the house you can see the water! our pups loved playing in the water and on……

“Owners's home. Stay in suite with private shower and sink, access via sliding doors to nice patio on the west side with distant lake view. Very nice and communicative hosts. Appreciate the hospitality. No access to kitchen/coffee etc, more like a hotel room within a house, but relatively affordable and very close to UVM campus, short walk to our son's dorm.”
