“We loved our stay here! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved all the coffee options! It was awesome to have ice cream available to buy in the hotel, and the location was within walking distance to downtown. Would definitely recommend. 😊”

“We stayed here with my husband and two children aged 5 and 8 and loved it all. Most hotels in Traverse City are outdated and not clean. This one was very clean and updated. The kids had a blast in the pool area. The coffee shop downstairs had excellent coffee. We never tried the restaurants as the reviews online weren’t the greatest. Aerie was closed during our stay. The only downfall was the hours of the Den which had the arcade. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. We were there Sunday to wed,……

“This is a classic old hotel with nice common area and a great staff. But we stayed in the west wing which I would describe as "tired". It could use a little upgrade. And the balcony could use a good scrub. That said, the bed was large and comfortable, the room was of good size, it was clean, and it was nice to have two sinks in two different spaces.”

“While the hotel doesnt really have any amenities, it is clean, safe and the staff was very friendly. The one amenity the do have is a shuttle to the casino. It would be a quick walk but its great to have this option in the winter.we will definitely be back!”
