If you are staying with small children, I would not recommend this property.Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the separate structure had clearly not been cleaned. “Everything about this location is PHENOMENAL. Beautiful property both inside and out. Everything you need is there. Clean, stocked and location to the sandbar is right across the street. “My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern home. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable visit.
Although we initially had trouble accessing the unit due to unclear instructions, once we got in, everything was fantastic. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout. We’re definitely planning to come back!

“We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room.
