“This is a classic old hotel with nice common area and a great staff. But we stayed in the west wing which I would describe as "tired". It could use a little upgrade. And the balcony could use a good scrub.
That said, the bed was large and comfortable, the room was of good size, it was clean, and it was nice to have two sinks in two different spaces.”

“We stayed here with my husband and two children aged 5 and 8 and loved it all. Most hotels in Traverse City are outdated and not clean. This one was very clean and updated. The kids had a blast in the pool area. The coffee shop downstairs had excellent coffee. We never tried the restaurants as the reviews online weren’t the greatest. Aerie was closed during our stay. The only downfall was the hours of the Den which had the arcade. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. We were there Sunday to wed,……
