“One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Arrived on an early flight so was at the hotel before lunch where we we greeted by a very helpful and nice young lady. As we were so early the room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our luggage and were offered use of bathroom facilities. When we returned later our luggage had actually been placed in our room for us. Whenever passing through reception we were always greeted in a friendly pleasant manner. At the end of the stay we needed a……

“We were only there for three nights but wanted somewhere on the outskirts of Alicante. The tram is only a couple of minutes walk from the property so handy for visiting Alicante or the beach at Costa Blanca. Only a few eateries/bars close by but we went into Alicante each night to eat so it did not really affects us. The accommodation is on a busy junction but you cannot hear this in the room. A simple breakfast was left each day which was unexpected but appreciated ”

“A moderate noise is expected as the building is located next to the Main Street. However, there is non stop noises sounds like an automatic door or lift coming from the ceiling and the wall every night. And dragging furniture noises until 3am on the weekday. 5am on the weekends. If you are sensitive with those noise just avoid this hostel at all cost. If you’re fine with the noise. It’s all good. ”

“A lovely hotel with nice staff and great location. The pity is some smell exists in my room, but it become ok if you open the windows for a while. There exist some foods in the restaurant next to the hotel, not many choices but ok. The boss seems suprised when we wanna eat dinner there, but she still kindly prepare the dinner for us. In a word, I'll come back if I visit Alicante again : )”

“Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten……
