“At "Il Poggio dei Pettirossi" we found peace, discreet luxury, respectful privacy, a warm and welcoming hospitality. Our apartment (Dolce cinguettio) was a large, clean and fully furnished self-catered accommodation, on ground floor, step free access from the private parking. “Great concierge staff. Breakfast was not up to par. Reasonably close to old part of Sulmona but you'll need a car or taxi to get there. Located in an industrial area, nothing nearby to walk to. ”

“My husband and I spent five wonderful days at Il Giardino del Rio and enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for short walks through Castel di Sangro, or for drives through the gorgeous Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo and its scenic towns. The best thing about the inn, however? Proprietors Davide and Enzo, and Adnan. Each one made us feel like family. We already miss them!”
