“We came to Franklin for a little getaway for our anniversary. We enjoyed the cottage so much. It was cute and clean. Loved that it was so close to the downtown area. It was located in a quiet area. ”

“Everything was better than we expected. The oven was out of order during our stay, but apart from that - it was fantastic! We would definitely book here again! Our kids loved the hit tub and all the fun back yard things to do! - however, if you really enjoy ping pong.. I’d bring your own paddles and balls! The ones on site weren’t great, but that’s understandable. Cheers!”

“My husband and I stayed here with our daughter so she could ride a pony nearby. This cottage is nicely arranged, lots of extras (laundry pods and dryer sheets, YAY!) We arrived late, used the code provided and had NO ISSUES.:)) The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5- —we would have loved to be able to walk to dinner in town. The road does not have sidewalks and we did not feel safe walking, but the drive is literally just a few minutes away… so that’s nice. The beds are dreamy!! :)) Would……

“My parents enjoyed celebrating their 43rd anniversary over the Fourth of July at this lovely home! They said it was beautiful, cozy, and peaceful! The owner was very thoughtful and even had a bottle of champagne to welcome them. As a musician, my father greatly enjoyed the record player and guitars. Thanks for sharing your lovely home! ”

It was more than enough room for the 2 of us with a nice kitchen for cooking at home if you want to stay in for the night. Natalie was a great host! She was always friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions!!”
