“Susan was the perfect host and we enjoyed the property location. Shopping, restaurants and a beautiful park all within walking distance of the property. The property was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We would stay here on our next visit to Franklin.”

“Very clean and tidy upon our arrival with ample paper towels, toilet paper etc. there was a small glitch with the front door code/lock but once we got Melissa on line she corrected the issue and we got in quickly. The kitchen had utensils, flatware, pots pans dishes. The house is on a long street therefore cars do speed down it at times but there is a nice fenced backyard. A few things could be updated but nothing that affected our stay more cosmetics. I recommend this property as the location……

“Stayed here for a concert at FirstBank Amphitheater. Short drive to the venue, and lots to do nearby! Got invited to the barn to meet the horses on arrival, as it was feeding time. Went over to the fence the next morning, and one walked right over to say hi. Loved the space! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. ”

“We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary and our daughter’s 22nd birthday in this cozy little cottage, it was such a fun weekend being right next to everything. The spa is just next door which we all enjoyed massages! I highly recommend stopping by Patina just across the street! We all took home treasures we found! The cottage is cozy and has pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, bath, and laundry. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful historic home if you are wanting to stay……
