“The staff are friendly and helpful. however, there was a really big cockroach in my room and i killed it myself, wait quite a time for the staff from hotel to pick up the body. i paid expensive price and just stay for few hours, and still i experience this, i sent messgage to them to tell my disappointment but they never reply, which was really upset.. i do have a photo of the big cockroach but i do not want to show it here to scare people.”

“A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel!”

“The hotel is located near the shopping area Thamel, which helps to find meal and things easily. It also provides hot water which is especially essential in the winter. The rooftop also nice and can enjoy the sunshine there. The staffs are nice and willing to provide extra towels but with a bit slow. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay at Arushi. The hotel is in a nice area, on a side street, but is a short walk away from a lot of restaurants/shops. Very nice property. It can get a bit noisy with construction next door, but it was a pleasant stay. Negotiate the car price if booking through the hotel. Would stay here again. ”

“My week stay at this hotel was pleasant. The location is excellent, in the heart of Thamel. The suite I stayed in was comfortable. I have only two small criticisms: The hot water had a very strong and unpleasant smell. Loud music from the next bar into the morning hours.”
