“I like the unit I rented because of the space layout which includes balcony and a separate bedroom with bath, giving you more space. The property is just across the street of Okada Hotel. Unfortunately, I could not give a 5 star because the internet connection was unstable during my stay and it is important for me to be able to catch important calls coming from my work abroad specially at night. Therefore, I have to cut short my stay. But I see a big potential to the property when wifi is……

“我這次是入住商務套房，房間非常寬敞且乾淨，兒童室內遊戲間我家小孩特別愛（但空調蠻冷的）。 泳池不太，在室外，我入住時剛好是陰天，所以水是涼的，但還算乾淨。 美中不足的地方是飯店電梯，只有三台且不大，遇到尖峰的退房時間，電梯確實是要等很久。”

“I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”

“No complaints other than the toilet does not flush well. Had to flush 5 times after each #2 for all the toilet tissue to go down ciompletely.”
