“This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers. We were very pleased with our stay. ”

“The Fairmont is a centrepiece of Baku. The hotel staff are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. The reception is welcoming. We were met by Survan who was exceptional. His attention to detail to ensure your stay with them was paramount. He went above and beyond and a credit to the hotel chain. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal were superb. A young Manager in Le Bistro was very engaging and welcoming, and the food……
