“携帯電話が利用できなかったので、グーグルの現地にホテルがなくて、どう対処 していいかフリーズしてしまった。送迎して頂いた方の対応により宿泊できたが、せめて、宿泊施設の位置だけでも、メールで連絡して欲しかった。このステイケーションにはもう利用したくない。”

“Upon arrival (Feb 8) we were given a room with one bed. I told them I requested two beds and was told I could not change to a two bed room. Upon entering the one bed room, the bathroom smelled horridly!. We had to keep the door shut. I then looked up my reservation and lo and behold I did request two beds. (We were tired upon arrival and I assumed I made a mistake). I went back down to the front desk and showed her my reservation. We then switched rooms. We spent one night in that room. It was……
