The apartment (about 80 square meters) is located at the entrance of the ski Mitterfirmiansreut.
It is located on the ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and dining area. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The bathroom has a toilet and a walk-in shower.
In summer you have a large terrace with garden furniture and loungers available. For our younger guests we have a children's swing with slide ready. The house has a sauna, which they can use for a small fee.

Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 40 EUR (obligatory).
Bed linen: to rent once per person for 9 EUR (optional).
Towels: to rent once per person for 1 EUR (optional).
