“Although the location is convenient, the room is very clean, the service is really bad ! I booked the airport pick up for my colleague in hotel before one day back. And continuous remind the hotel check the booking. But the driver was came late almost one hour. I book the pick up service for two ways, but the driver told me only one way and I need to pay him right now. This is very bad experience. The hotel person should be retrain.”

“Travelling from USA with family we are accustomed to certain amenities. Even though our room had no window, carpets or artwork it ticked all the boxes. The room was clean, bright, had comfortable mattresses and the wifi connection was good. To our surprise the room included a hot breakfast. I would stay here again.”

“Picked tu is hotel for an overnight stay since it was near the airport, its located in a not so great neighbourhood but they have security at the gate so you should feel safe inside at least until certain time of the early morning when the security leaves Anyway, nothing special about the room or service. This was an average hotel with an average service. The room felt very agy and desperately asks for some Renos”

The evening buffet offers vegetarian and non vegetarian options, but these are not vegan. For breakfast buffet, there was soya milk for drinking or cereal. Staff where all excellence, more that happy to help. Ideal for travellers who are looking to flying and get some rest or rest before a long flight out. The room we had was slightly……

“We had a one night stopover in Mumbai from 5pm and leaving for airport at 8am. These guys at this hotel were very welcoming and organised for us to have rooms on ground floor so we did not have to go up any stairs (there are no lifts). Being over 70 it was very much appreciated. They organised our taxis for us so we were very happy with the service. The rooms were clean and found this hotel ideal for our circumstances. Thanks”
