“Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels).”
“Our group of 3 stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best experience. The cabins are just like the pictures and in a quiet area that is very peaceful and relaxing. The home cooked breakfast each morning and one home cooked dinner we enjoyed were just delicious. The owners were beyond welcoming and so friendly and their dog is the cutest thing we’ve ever seen. We would recommend this place to anyone looking. To visit Phong Nhã. We also used their free bikes to bike into town for meals which was……
“Beautiful family farm next to a small lake. The owners were friendly and helped us with recommendations for where to go in the area and rented us a motorbike. Food at the restaurant was good and the evening vibes were lovely. Overall an excellent place to stay!”
“The room was more than what we expected. It was spacious, neat and tidy. The toilet is also quite big, though it smells a little so we always have the toilet cover down. The staff would never miss a chance to sell you national park tour or pick up services(seems to be a norm in that area), but was very nice and are able to communicate in English. They were also very helpful by calling the tourism centre, which we booked our tour to national park since our tour guide was late.
Another thing……
“Linh was one of the most hospitable people we met. He accommodated all our wishes, organized a car, gave dining suggestions or took care of our washing, such a lovely host.
Thanks Linh”
“Stayed in one of the river facing bungalows and our stay was perfect. The property is clean, had a great pool and run by a very friendly staff. Food options were great too.”
“Just finished a nice stay at the Paradise Hotel. The hotel is well located in the area where all the action is. Huge choice of restaurants and shopping all around. Can easily walk to the riverfront or the Imperial Citadel. Bed was comfy. Has TV and AC. Bathroom small but decent. It was quiet. And all for an insanely low price by North American standards. Only wrinkle I had was that the Hotels.com says they have safe at the front desk for customers to use. The one desk girl doesn't speak good……
“The landlady was super nice helped us a lot for getting around town and suggestions on what to do. The property is absolutely gorgeous! Only downside is we reneged a motorbike but had no gas in it so we had to go to the station to buy some and it wasn’t included in the price. Other than that perfect ”
“Des hôtes incroyablement gentils, au petit soin, qui proposent d'organiser votre séjour selon vos souhaits, vous mettent tout a disposition.
Logement propre efficace. ”
“The staff and owner we accommodating. I arrived very early and they were able to clean a room stat to accommodate me. I borrowed their bike and bike around town to see the rice paddies and the locals. Highly recommend to stay here.”
“Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. ”
“Great Location, near many restaurants and close to tourist information and the river boat station. Lovely pool and staff were excellent. We had an early start and they prepared a lovely take away breakfast without us even asking. Would recommend.”
