“Great service”

“It rained throughout the 3 nights we stayed at Phòng Nha. Luckily for us this guest house/hotel had a restaurant so we didn’t have to walk outside to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a simple but very good value place, with nice rooms, a swimming pool and a fantastic view. I would go back there if I returned to Phòng Nha”

“Un bel hôtel pratique avec seulement 12 chambres. La piscine est très bien et grande, mais nous n’étions pas dans la saison chaude pour en profiter. Les chambres sont propres, mais la propreté des tables et des chaises dans les espaces communs laisse à désirer et sont rarement lavés. L’odeur d’égoûts nauséabonde dans la salle de bain est présente surtout en soirée, mais si on laisse la porte fermée en tout temps c’est mieux. Bon petit déjeuner Nous n’avons pas aimé l’odeur du feu en permanence,……

They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. ”

“We stayed for one night at this hotel. For the price this hotel is everything you could ask for. It is close to the main bus pickup in phong nha. The rooms and service are good. Everything seemed clean. The breakfast at the hotel is nothing to write home about, but it is to be expected at this price point. ”

“Het is een mooi ogend hotel in op een centrale plek nabij het nationale park. Wij waren er vroeg, maar dat was geen probleem, helaas was de kamer met zwembad zicht dus ook berg zicht niet beschikbaar die wel geboekt. De toegewezen ruime kamer oogde schoon, maar in detail absoluut niet. Het was zeer vies onder en langs het bed en in de kast. Kapotte blikjes frisdrank op de koelkast. De koelkast zelf was leeg en stond uit. het beddengoed had diverse vlekken en brandgaten oftewel zijn beste tijd……

“Nice clean property easy walking areas right outside and around the property. Only down side. We didn’t have hotwater and they did not have a hairdryer which my girlfriend was upset over. We only stayed one afternoon/evening and had to fly out the next morning. Highly recommend the hotel adding hair dryers to their rooms ”
