“After getting confirmed booking mail, upon reaching the hotel, they denied receiving any mail and said property is sold out. After arguements with them, they arranged one room which was being used by staff. As it was around 1 AM, so managed somehow and left hotel next morning”
“The hotel was unreachable on the number mentioned on the booking. There was a hotel with same name although they didn’t had my reservation. Had to struggle with different parties eventually cancelling the reservation and making an on spot reservation to a different hotel. ”
