“Not our first time at this lovely hotel, but this stay lacked in service. When checking in, we were supposed to get 2 free drinks, which they didn't offer. I had to go back down to ask for them. No apology. Ordered room service to be delivered between 8-8:30p as that's when the person staying with me was arriving from work. The order came at 7:30p, 30 min early. Mentioned it to the front desk, no apology... but offered to reheat it if we wanted. Really? Reheat Pasta and a burger? Asked……

“Nice hotel. Convenient. Expected good quality from SpringHill Marriott. Staff was fairly friendly though I’d like them to be more engaging. Was not told when they would service the room but my last night, there was a knock at 5pm from housekeeping, which I declined because it was so late. Walking distance to some restaurants but it was super cold. Uber/Lyft was very convenient and fast. ”

“The AC is a beautiful and well maintained hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. It was quiet and comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower. Only thing to be aware of is there is no parking officially at the hotel. Most people, if they can’t find a street spot in the cultural district or strip district, will have to use the paid public lot across the street.”

“We loved the room and the area was nice and easily accessible to the venu we were going to!! However, the morning we were checking out of the hotel there was a lady named Tanika?? I don’t quite remember her name all that well, but she was so unbelievably rude to us. She asked my boyfriend and i how we wanted our receipt and I didn’t quite catch what she said, so my boyfriend just said paper receipt, and she said "What?" and so he repeated himself and she got an attitude and asked him "why are……

“The hotel was very nice and a great location. Was a little disappointed when I reserved a king room and was not told at check in that I was given two queens instead. The makeup mirror light did not work and the body lotion bottle was full of water! Lol”
