“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kobi Onsen. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The onsen is wonderful. The food at the hotel is excellent. Nothing is lacking. The garden and carp pond, the café—everything is lovingly designed. I would particularly like to praise the friendly and attentive staff. “Very good customer service. Too bad I can’t remember the lady name. There’s a bit of noise due to construction but it stop at night. So it’s all good ”

“Within an hour of arriving I knew I wanted to extend my stay. The hotel was clean and well located (walking along the riverfront was great in the evenings). The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was changed up regularly. Would definitely consider staying again, if I find myself in Hue in the future.”
