“What an amazing hotel. We were so happy to have booked 2 nights in the White Lotus Hue. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue and were a bit tired when we arrived. They took our bags from us, said we could go and use the pool and our room would be ready at 2.
We used the pool facilities and had lunch at the restaurant. Our room as was promised was ready at 2 and they remembered us at reception.
The room was spacious, had a bath and shower, great air con and fast wifi that didn’t drop……

“Selvom vi kom for tidligt til hotellet ift. check in så fik vi et værelse tidligere.
Vi fik en grundig introduktion til området og hende vi snakkede med var super sød og hjælpsom.
Værelset så umiddelbart super godt ud, men da vi skulle til at lægge os til at sove kunne vi hverken lukke dørene til altanen eller vinduerne, så der var relativt meget gadelarm på værelset. ”
“The property had what I required and was fairly basic but accommodated my needs as it was clean.
The staff are so amazing and very helpful, and such kind humans. I was able to get my laundry done which was amazing.
The room I was in didn’t have a mini fridge but that was ok for a few days. The air conditioner wasn’t in the best condition but did a good enough job.
This wasn’t a huge issue but when it was hot there were tiny little ants but they were harmless. Just make sure no food or drinks……
“This is an older hotel with antique furniture. Location is good for walking to the promenade along the river,close to Vincon, a small shopping/dining court,Imperial City, and local market across the bridge.
Staff was friendly and room was adequate for a night stay.
Has mini fridge, no safe.”
