“I asked to change the room. Because the stairs were dangerous. But they refused my request. And they changed rooms at my repeated requests. But the room was small and not soundproof. The breakfast prepared at the hotel was the worst. I didn't eat the food. It was unsanitary. And no warm water comes out.”
