“Nice property quite and relaxing ”

“My husband and I stayed at Studio 27 Inn for the first time, the staff was friendly and accommodating, however, the only negativity was minor stains on the floor and carpet, in need of decorating, apart from that, we will definitely stay again, when back in Trinidad. Lovely staff, made us felt welcome.”

“My experience staying at Palm was pretty decent to be honest. I wish the room had more amenities though. The wall unit air conditioner was heaven though, LOL! However, the front desk staff and the manager were very patient, courteous and professional dealing with my transaction. I reserved my room on Palm’s website overseas before coming to Trinidad and there was a miscommunication on my end. I was very impressed how the staff and hotel manager handled my situation. “The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. I was in a pinch, so I hesitantly rebooked it at the higher rate. The housekeeper, Ms. Doris, is a gem! She is so responsive, helpful, and a……
