“The house was veey easy to get to. In is in a very quiet little neighborhood. It had ample parking right out front. Onside the house was very clean, all of the furnishings were very nice and looked to be pretty new. It wasnt far from Alton Grafton Godfrey or Jerseyville. Highly recommended this property and the host Becki was great !! We all really enjoyed our stay. And the plan is to come back again. ”

“We had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect—just minutes from everything in Grafton, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet setting. We saw deer every day, which made the mornings, and evenings extra special. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. “What a beautiful old home. We loved the location and being able to see the river from our bedroom and balcony. Check in was so easy and the hosts were so accommodating. Check in is typically 4 pm and we asked if we could get in a little earlier. We were told the house was open any time that day so we were able to drop our bags at 10 am. The house has everything you can possibly need. We will definitely stay again the next time we need a place in Alton!”

“From reservation, to check in to check out Mitch was very communicative! The house was clean and ready for us and was a short drive for our wedding festivities in Florissant. Alton is a great historic town on the river with some great places to eat, antique shop and walk along the Mississippi. The home has the prettiest original woodwork, and the right modern updates. We hope to come back again.”
