“The hotel staff were wonderful. Each morning the staff helped me navigate to the meeting sites for my tours. They contacted a bus company on my behalf when I had departure site questions. The laundry service was good. The hot shower and water pressure was great. Each room is decorated according to a design theme. Hotel was close to museums and the University Square.”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. “We had a fantastic stay and the owner was so accommodating when we had to unexpectedly stay an extra night. Great area with grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Many sights within walking distance but easy access to buses also. I would happily stay here again!”
