“Great hotel right in the centre of the old town. The staff were warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great choice of food and fruit. Hotel atmosphere is unique with peace and quiet in the central courtyard. Definitely a unique experience and well worth a visit. No hesitation recommending this hotel for a few days stay in Alghero.”

“Abbiamo chiesto di fare un late check out e ci è stato comunicato che dovevamo pagare il 50% del importo totale del soggiorno. Siccome abbiamo deciso di fare il check out normalmente alle 8. Ci è stato proposto pagare 20 euro ma solo fino alle 13. Sembra poco serio ed inizialmente esagerato poiché in questo periodo non c'è praticamente turismo.”

“Salvatore was very easy to get in touch with when I was checking in. The next morning I got to meet him and his co-worker Francesca. They do a full service breakfast. They will serve what you want which is pretty cool; nothing wasted.”

“This hotel is a very special location. 19 Century palace. Staff are consistently OUTSTANDING!! The breakfasts were the very best of our 3 week trip in Italy. Thank you, we will be back!!”

“The location of this hotel was perfect; it was literally in the middle of Alghero. Just a few minutes walk from all of the restaurants and stores. I was used to having bidets but I understand why they probably didn’t have one; there’s just not enough room. I didn’t have a lot of stuff so the climb up the steps wasn’t a big deal. Front staff was kind enough to hold my bags and move them in the room when I can a little early. They are true to their word about texting me once the room was……

“Perfectly positioned for a break exploring the old town. Comfortable large 4 star hotel within a few minutes walk to the main sites, restaurants and harbour. The Junior Suite with balcony (Bay View) on the 8th floor had an awesome view of the park, old town and harbour. Probably one of the best views in Alghero. The large room was comfy, with a well-stocked bathroom and good aircon. Luckily the shower had 2 heads as the main one was broken, but the smaller rose worked ok. Breakfast was on the……

“Gabriele is a rare gem ! Location is everything and using Gilbert Ferret or via Cavour you reach the harbour two ways or all the restaurants and along the bastioni, we were prepared for the steep stairs going up to the property from previous reviews, the roof top view is worth it !! Breakfast is more than enough made by the lovely Cristina it will keep you energised for day be it cold meat , boiled egg or a Cornetto pastry with delicious fruit and yogurt. The wonderful thing is the problem……
