“I had a very comfortable and restful stay during my time here. Above all, the staff were extremely kind and friendly. The only downside is that the terrace view faces the back, so there isn’t much to see. Additionally, there is a neighborhood playground nearby, so it can be a bit noisy until around 9–10 PM. “Stayed for a week for our 30th anniversary, having enjoyed Capri in a previous trip, and cant recommend the hotel highly enough! It has the amenities of a large luxury hotel but the feel of an elegant and intimate boutique stay. It has interesting antiques and rooms throughout the facility. Our room was wonderful with a sea view (worth the extra cost) and a large bathroom with beautiful tub. The pool areas are gorgeous. “Villa Brunella was lovely, views were very good. The uniqueness came from its location, which made it very quiet and enjoyable. Almost everywhere in Capri requires walking, which should be kept in mind when booking anywhere on the island, however the beauty of this location more than makes up for the walk.”

“The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. ”
