“Our stay at the La Minerva Hotel was simply unforgettable, from the minute we got to Capri to the time we left. Their hospitality started well before we arrived as they helped us with whatever we needed from arrival to departure and everything in between. We took the ferry from Naples to Capri and as soon as we arrived someone from the hotel met us at the ferry to take our luggages (prearranged) and gave us directions to get to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by the awesome……

“The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. ”

“lovely stay! the hotel had everything we need and more. we stayed here for six nights and it was so beautiful, a bit pricey but that’s capri. the staff was so attentive. the hotel was very quiet and i can count the amount of times i saw other guests though. if you’re looking for crowds of people you won’t find it here. we enjoyed it as it was a relief to escape crazy capri a few minutes away. location is perfect, walking distance to capri but far enough for some quiet. ”
