“We were met by Fulvia and she explained everything about the house. She was also available to us anytime we had questions. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The house was in a good location to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed listening to the school children during our lunch time or watching them walk to school. We had 2 couples and the house had plenty of space. The outdoor deck was wonderful to have and watch the sunset and sip our wine. We had breakfast most mornings at……

“We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. We will definitely return - I strongly recommend their place!!One……

“We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Borgo Buio Town House, tucked into the heart of Montepulciano’s historic center. The house itself was a perfect blend of tradition and comfort—spacious, beautifully maintained, and filled with character.With two generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, we had plenty of space to settle in and unwind. “Super house nestled on a hill you access from a gravel road. A perfect place to get some rest while being close to tons of Umbria and Tuscany iconic towns to visit. The house has all the amenities you could need with a charming local touch. The host was super welcoming and available for any question we'd had. ”

“Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.”

“Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben 2 sehr angenehme Wochen in Stefanias Haus verbracht. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber gehalten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl dort. Stefania ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit allem, was ein italienisches Frühstück erfordert ausgestattet und uns zum Abschied sogar noch mit ein leckeren Kuchen verwöhnt hat. Bei Problemen war sie in kürzester Zeit für uns da. Wir können diese Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Ort Città della Pieve im herrlichen……

“We loved our stay at the house of Alice. It is a beautifully decorated townhouse with plenty of space for 4 people. The village it’s in is so nice too, with great views.Only comment is that laundry isn’t in the unit. You can pay to have it done for you though.”
