“First of all I cannot say enough about our host CarineShe was the super host of all the host we had on our month long vacation of Italy and France. Carine was literary there instantly whenever we had a question or needed help with things, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience in Tuscany. She was absolutely lovely. Our accommodations exceeded our expectationsEvery morning I enjoyed my coffee outdoors to admire the amazing views. In hindsight I wish we spent more……

“Authentic Tuscany farmhouse was charming, location is ideal and approximately 1 hr to most hilltop towns by car.The host, marina, was absolutely wonderful and made our stay delightful. She offered fantastic advise for local grocers, wineries and towns to visit. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this property. First, Thiago was a great host who was extremely helpful in all facets of the stay. The property is beautiful and really unique- it feels like you have your own Tuscan villa, but are still close to the town of Siena. It's a great compromise between staying in the actual city and in the country. The downside is that there is a decent walk to the town square (about 25 minutes) but it's very doable. There is a nice little grocery store/bar/cafe right down……

“Very thoughtfully restored old Villa just minutes from Cortona . The house and grounds are exactly as pictured. The very private road that leads there is a bit rough and seems very remote at first but after you venture out once you see that every convenience is minuets away and beautiful Cortona as well. A car is a good idea if you plan to go around Tuscany. 2 trains in town go everywhere but it helps to get to train and town with a car. The host is very responsive and hands on.”

“This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill.”

“This property is stellar, the views are incredible, and there is plenty of space. A few things need work - the stairs are creaky and a bit loose, the bug screens on windows need to be replaced, the chairs outside need some fixing and a few more supplies (coffee cups, kitchen towels) could be more abundant. That being said the property is worth it for the view alone. One thing to note - it is very steep in the area so those with mobility issues may struggle a bit. We enjoyed it and thought it was……
