“Surprised it’s only a 4 star hotel. Probably one of the best check-in experiences we have ever had. Jaime sat us down and talked us through the maps, local attractions and helping with booking tickets. Hotel was beautifully decorated and everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Rooms were quiet and the bathroom products were gorgeous. Location of hotel was great. 5 min walk from cathedral and loads of restaurants nearby. Cannot fault this hotel.”
