“Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too...”

“We booked this property at last minute, and we were very nicely welcomed and accommodated. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very large and had a private patio. We were only staying one night and it was a bit chilly, so we didn't use that feature. The room was very clean with nice amenities. We liked the separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom.
