“We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as……

“Nice place, comfortable for 4 adults. Great location, we walked everywhere. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed fine. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the tea that was provided. I would definitely recommend it. It is next door to the leasing office which has luggage storage and would have been convenient to use on our check out day, but they didn't open when they said they were going to and we had to change our plans for the day. We worked it out but I would just say if you want to store……
