“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak……

“Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door……

“Great location! We took the train in to avoid worrying about parking, and between walking, Uber, and the subway everything was easy to get to.House was clean and overall comfortable. There’s always things with a rental you wish were different, but bottom line - I would stay here again if we came to the area.”

“The house was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a family event and needed a place for 8 adults and 4 children and this was perfect. Lots of space to spread out with a great rec room that kept both kids and adults entertained during down time. The neighborhood was beautiful and had easy access to area restaurants and shopping. Close to many area attractions. It was the perfect location to have close proximity to points of interest and then return to at end of day to a relaxing……
