“I was in town to visit my mom at the hospital. It was a great location, both close to the hospital and with lots of amenities nearby. The property itself was spotlessly clean and also very quiet, which I appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment that I needed. The mattress was a little hard but comfortable enough. As noted by the owners this place is for you if you’ll love being on a small family farm so of course there are chickens and goats and dogs and a horse, etc.; it’s awesome. “The home was perfect for our family reunion! The bedrooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. There were lots of spaces for our family to gather in large or small groups. Lots of outdoor sitting areas and a yard for the children to run around in. The house is very close to Blacksburg, but we felt like we were in the country. The setting is quiet and peaceful. “Comfy and cozy home overlooking new river just a half hour from VA Tech. The place was clean and everything was labeled for easy use. While you can hear the trains on the track go by, I found it relaxing like white noise. We came here for a football game, but I would stay here again during warm weather to enjoy the river.
