“When I reached property they kept saying that they did not receive money for my booking. Also my room was not ready at 12 pm. They gave me temporary room to keep my stuff which was terribly dirty and worse maintained. Finally they gave me room at 7 pm. This room was better but fan and AC were without any control, they kept running as same speed. In night 3 am, electricity went off and there was no backup. People were kept walking in night. Google also does not location properly. Overall I will……

The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . ”
