“The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience ”

“Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. “We came for a week of total relaxation. It was all that. Pool was amazing, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and the entire place was so comfortable. The pool guys came on Thursday- great guys- very friendly and fast in doing their jobs. Close to everything so there’s always something to do but also was a great place to just be. 5 out of 5 stars! “We were so happy with our stay at Sanibel! The condo was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was very nice and it was just a few steps from the beach. The owner suggested where we could rent bikes, which was important to us. The bike trails on Sanibel are so nice. Last September we stayed in a hotel on Captiva. It was just a room. For a lot less mony, we stayed in the condo. We loved every minute of our stay!”

"I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel."
