Unfortunatelly some things were already broken and there was just 4 chairs (for 6 people) but since a couple of us were usually in the water we made it work out. Beach Towels are in the house, Publix very close but quite expensive so we have used our trips to restaurants to get groceries in Walmart.Since there is not a lot of restaurants open on Fort Myers Beach……

“Could not have asked for a more beautiful setting right on the beach. The condo offers a haven of peace and serenity with its view of the beautiful sunrise and sunset each day.Loved the beach with its easy access. Had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely rent this villa again.”

“This is a beautiful well laid out home with room enough for everyone and close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. The pool/lanai and view of the canal is fantastic. The hosts are very responsive to all inquiries. Would definitely stay again!”

It looked like there was a code for a heater but when I asked if the heater had a code we could use to turn it on management said that it didn’t have a heater. “This was our second time staying at Beach’s Edge and it continues to be our favorite vacation spot. Easily the best views in the island right from your deck! The house is perfect and the addition of the hot tub on the upper deck made our stay even more fun. Kids loved playing on the beach, collecting shells and taking in amazing sunsets. “From the start Giselle (property owner) was very responsive and flexible with changes in our families needs. The cleaning lady, Debbie, was also incredibly kind, helpful always asking if we needed anything and the whole experience was wonderful.The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the beach and to the night life easy enough for my 6 and 9 year old to do with no complaints. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future as well.”

“Great location!! We loved it so much, we stayed another night!! The AC's worked well in all rooms, everything was very clean as well, will full kitchens. The beds were comfy, and they provided an air mattress for our party of 5 as well. Very nice, accommodating, staff. The elevator shaft was in repair, so we had to use the stairs (5th floor was somewhat rough for some guests), but staff was available to help carry things up.
