“I booked this property last-minute for a quick stay from Denver and found it exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and situated in a stunning historic Boulder neighborhood. Though I only stayed for one night instead of two, the location alone makes it a great choice. Communication with the host was limited, but I didn’t require much interaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in one of the best areas in Boulder!”

“The property was just far off the busy interstates to be quiet and feel secluded, but it was close enough for us to jump on a big highway and explore the beautiful state of Colorado. I do wish the garage was usable for a big vehicle. Parking was not terrible on the street but I felt that should have been public knowledge before showing up and pulling in. Only medium or small cars fit.”

“TONS of space and beds available for large groups. We had a group of 10 friends and everyone had ample room. TVs EVERYWHERE, perfect for the NBA/NHL playoff season. Hot tub and fire pit out back situated perfectly to enjoy Mountain Views. Prime location across the street from interstate access and a shopping center with ANYTHING you could need, walk to groceries, liquor store and Chick-fil-A! Property owners very quick to respond to any question we had. Would highly recommend and return next……

“This is a gorgeous home. The view is spectacular. Snowshoes were provided and there was a fun walk on the glacier. The beds are very comfortable. A portable crib and high chair were provided. Marsh was very welcoming. He gives you a signed copy of his book which I enjoyed reading when I got home. The Safeway in the town is very good for food shopping. We shopped at a Whole Foods in Denver on the way there and didn’t really need to. Several of us did experience altitude issues, headache and/or……
