“Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area. Had a last minute illness come up, and Nate was flexible with helping me change my arrival and departure schedule. Property was located in a nice and quiet area. ”

“I loved the spaciousness of Nate's place. He was terrific. I chose this place in part because I knew I'd be cooking. Nate helped make sure that I had all the supplies I needed--he really went the extra mile. The cupboards had seasonings, condiments, and coffee/tea. There were soaps (dish, laundry, and shampoo). I never needed the dishwasher, though the washer/dryer were handy.Each morning, I treated myself to walks along the canal (Not a cement-lined channel). Despite the "No trespassing" signs,……

“6 adults for a red rocks show stayed at this house. About 20 min to downtown Denver or red rocks. Lots of stuff to do when lounging in the house. Paths for walking nearby. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Definitely would recommend for family/friends. ”
