“If you are looking for fancy, this is not that, but it was very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and bath. Neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe. It is an above the garage apartment with a full size bed bunk bed and large tv with plenty of app choices. It fit my needs very well and the back yard below was well kept with a peaceful vibe. If i had one complaint, it doesn't have a sofa nor a comfy chair. I had one question I sent the owner by message, and he called right away……

“We liked everything about this Condo 2 bedrooms at Walden Marina an the lake and amazing park across in front of our condo. We seen 3 to 4 gorgeous deers walking in front of the park & our condo . I ended up arriving late at night and had a little confusion as for location as mailboxes are not in front of the homes. “We enjoyed the condo. The home was very clean and had plenty of stocked items. If you prefer to bring your own coffee, bring grounds not pods. Plenty of parking, which is often hard at condos. “This studio appointment was perfect for my husband and me. We were in Conroe for three nights to attend a wedding. The apartment was just as shown in the pictures.
