“Super cute, super clean, a wonderful “unplugged” experience. It’s 20 minutes from Texas Renaissance festival (a large part of the reason why we booked it) and was a great way to get close to the festival without staying on the grounds!”

“Property was a perfect place to stay for two people going to the Renaissance Festival for a weekend. Loved the pond. Had everything we needed for the weekend. ”

“Overall very clean and nice and we enjoyed our stay. A few things could be improved like the outdoor furniture, doors that have loose handles or are difficult to close or keep closed, and a toilet that the handle needs jiggled to stop running, but nothing was more than an annoyance.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Getting up to seeing the ducks on the pond, and no worries during our stay. We will be back next year. All of us agree it is rustic but is 100% above the rowdy, crazy rustic at TRF.”

“Was not super impressed. The property seemed run down and then listing was not accurate- there showed to be a bait shop, and ability to fish off the back porch which was not accessible due to “construction” The AC did not cool very well, and most of the lights inside our cabin didn’t work so we sat in the dark. We came in town for a family members graduation and wanted somewhere to stay for a vacation feel and not just a hotel. I can say the host communicated well, and attempted to come fix some……
