“We had so much fun staying at this rental! The location is perfect. We walked everywhere and loved downtown Princeton! There are so many great places to dine and shop! The apartment had everything we needed. The bedroom was serene, with a very comfortable bed, the couch and tv were so relaxing, the kitchen was gorgeous, parking was easy and off the street, and there’s a great washer and dryer! Even our Boston Terrier had a ball! We definitely plan on staying again next time we are in Princeton!……

“The property manager was incredibly helpful. We booked an upstairs unit by mistake and we have a wheelchair user in our family. He worked it out so that we could have the downstairs unit. He went above and beyond and we were grateful. The house is quite old and needs a LOT of TLC. Hopefully remodeling and upgrading will be done. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced. Overall, we had a roof over our heads and a place to sleep, but if you are looking for a newer, more bougie……

“I rented this apartment with my husband and two adult daughters for a family gathering in the Princeton area. We had plenty of space and the location was great, close to shops, the Princeton campus and the canal path for runs and walks. We come to Princeton several times a year and will definitely seek to rent this unit again.”

“The weather was stormy, but our stay was very nice! All of the furniture was so modern and pretty. The house had wonderful character and all the tiny details really pulled everything together. The beds were extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. The upstairs had beautiful light shining in. The layout was gorgeous. The walks everywhere were wonderful. Everything was in close proximity. I would definitely come back to this house!”

“The carpet had caked in mud and stains. The chairs did too. Holes in some of the doors. Front door did not latch. Property is not well managed or cared for. We did not feel comfortable enough to allow our infant to crawl on the floor. Owner needs to pay closer attention. Also, fire alarm went off forcing a temporary evacuation. Would not reccomend.”

“I spent one night at this lovely home on the river with my husband, and wow, the views!! We visited in January, so much of the river was frozen, and it was fascinating watching the ice break up and flow. Everything was clean and comfortable. We hope to come again with our daughters!”
