“Property was traditional farm cottage style. I loved the fact you had access to a kitchen where tea and coffee were readily available, and a comfortable lounge. “Beautiful hotel in Alfama. Wonderful and attentive staff - Jessica, Mauro, Nicole really made our stay wonderful. Two minute walk to the water and metro, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Large washroom with walk-in shower. Amazing bed with comfy pillows. Lots of in-room storage which was appreciated. Hotel did not offer same day laundry as advertised, but were able to recommend a local dry cleaner which worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back again!”

“Everything about this property was good, except an incident with the cleaning staff, we asked for no service to our room, but they didn’t get the message, we were told they just swapped our towels out. When we got back to the room later at night (11pm) we had zero towels to shower. “Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist.
